I’d do it in six small steps:

1. Set up the Steady project.
English language, Soma Circle branding, membership plan, pricing, checkout.

2. Connect Steady to WordPress.
Install the plugin and get the login/paywall working.

3. Build one single protected test page.
Something completely unimportant like “Soma Circle Test Resource.”
Test it as a non-member. Test it as a member. Make sure the wall behaves exactly how we want.

4. Build the actual Soma Circle website skeleton.
Welcome → Start Here → This Month → Learn → Practice → Reflect → Connect.

6. Duplicate the Alfima course and create the free Soma Circle version.
Then test the complete journey with a dummy email address:

Website → Steady → Login → Soma Circle → Telegram → Alfima → Course

And only once that entire journey works would I start lovingly filling the library with all your content.

That way we’re not spending hours creating the beautiful Soma Circle house only to discover that one technical piece doesn’t work. 😅

And I think this is important: you don’t need to become a web developer to do this. There are a few technical steps, yes, but the architecture itself is actually quite simple now.

8. And Circle?

I checked the current pricing because I didn’t want to repeat outdated numbers.

Circle is $89/month for Professional, currently with unlimited members, courses, discussions, events, website builder, paid memberships, custom domain, member profiles, etc. It also charges a 2% transaction fee on the Professional plan, on top of Stripe processing. Circle

And honestly, seeing the current offering, I think Circle is the future upgrade, not necessarily the starting point.

If Soma Circle eventually becomes:

“This is a significant part of my business and I have 50–100+ women inside”

then Circle becomes much more compelling because you could eventually throw Steady + Telegram + Alfima + parts of WordPress into one system.
