Many of the women I work with have already done a lot of inner work. They know themselves well. What they’re looking for isn’t more information, but a way to actually change what they previously haven’t been able to reach.
The body-centred approach
Deep-seated patterns – especially those stemming from early experiences or trauma – don’t reside in the mind. They live in the body.
That’s why some changes don’t happen through talking or merely understanding. They happen through learning the language of your body, gently building capacity to feel what has felt too difficult to feel, and creating new experiences of safety and connection.
In my work, we go where change truly begins: at the level of the nervous system and somatic perception. Gently, safely, and entirely at your own pace.
What does "trauma-informed" mean?
Working in a trauma-informed way means recognising that all of us have experiences that have shaped the way we relate to ourselves, to others and to the world. Experiences that have left an imprint on our nervous system.
Trauma isn’t just about major events. Trauma occurs when something was too much, too fast, or too sudden – especially when there was no one there to hold space for us at the time of the event(s).
Attachment and developmental trauma, in particular, are more common than we think. The effects of these early experiences often manifest as chronic exhaustion, hypervigilance, feelings of numbness or disconnection, a tendency to become overwhelmed quickly, intense irritability, and the feeling of never truly being present – signs of a chronically dysregulated nervous system.
In our work together, we don’t push, analyse or overwhelm your system.
We move at a pace that feels manageable for you, creating a space where your body can gradually begin to soften and feel safe enough to explore what wants to be seen.

About Me
I’m Denise, a trauma-informed somatic practitioner, author, photographer and creative entrepreneur. My work is shaped by my own journey of learning to live in relationship with my body and nervous system, through life with cystic fibrosis, motherhood and many years of personal growth.
As a trained trauma-informed practitioner (Somatic Practitioner Training „The Sovereign Path“) and certified life coach (Life Trust Coaching, Homodea/Veit Lindau), I create spaces where women can meet themselves with more understanding, self-trust and compassion.
