10. Appointment Booking (Calendly)
If you book a discovery call or another appointment through my website, you will be redirected to Calendly. Calendly processes the personal data required to arrange and manage appointments, such as your name, email address, chosen appointment time and any information you choose to provide during the booking process.Calendly acts as an independent service provider, and the processing of your personal data is subject to Calendly's own Privacy Policy.The legal basis for processing your booking information is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, where the booking relates to pre-contractual measures or the performance of a contract.
11. Purchases through the Alfima Shop
Digital products, online courses, memberships and other digital offerings are provided through my shop hosted on Alfima.
If you purchase a product or membership, you will be redirected to the Alfima platform, where your order is processed and your customer or membership account may be created.
In connection with your purchase, the following personal data may be processed, where applicable:
- name,
- email address,
- billing information,
- purchased products or memberships,
- account information,
- access details,
- and information required for the fulfilment of your purchase.
This data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, providing access to your purchased content and complying with applicable legal obligations.
The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligations).
Alfima processes certain data on my behalf as a data processor. Further information about Alfima's processing of personal data can be found in their own Privacy Policy.
12. Payment Processing
Payments for digital products, memberships and other purchases made through my Alfima shop are processed using the payment service providers integrated into the Alfima platform.
Depending on the payment method selected, your payment data may be processed directly by the respective payment provider.
For appointments or services booked outside the Alfima platform, payment may be made in advance by bank transfer or PayPal.
The payment provider receives only the information necessary to process the payment.
The legal basis for processing payment-related data is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Where payment providers transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area, such transfers take place only where appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism under the GDPR.
